Sad... that it's so far away cause I would gladly buy this. Rent a garbage container, take two days to clean out the mess, two days to renovate the bathroom and another two days to repaint and recarpet this place. One week and about 3000 dollar later it's ready to let or sell. This is an excellent chance for someone with a bit of vision and a pair of working hands.
